On November 15, at the initiative of the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva, and organized by the IDEA Animal Care Center Public Union, with the support of Tamiz Shahar JSC, a campaign was launched in Baku’s Balakhani settlement to mass sterilize, vaccinate, and tag stray dogs. Veterinarians from Germany, who have traveled to our country on a volunteer basis, are also participating in the event. The campaign, which will continue until November 24, is being held at the veterinary clinic of the IDEA Animal Care Center.
