On 16 May 2015, another training session for children aged 5-8 was held at the Resource Center located at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within “The Ecological Laboratory for Children” project jointly carried out by IDEA Public Union and “Sevimli Bala”. The training session was dedicated to the subject of energy.

As part of the tree-planting campaign, supported by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, a total of 5,000 trees were planted in this area by 100 volunteers from the IDEA Public Union.

The foundation for the new animal care and rescue center was laid by the Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, head and founder of IDEA Leyla Aliyeva on 09 October 2014. The experience of leading countries was used and prominent foreign experts were involved in the planning and construction of the center.

As part of its education and training program, IDEA organized seminar on “Endengered and recently discovered fauna species of Azerbaijan” on May 6-7, 2015. The seminar consisted of two phases – theoretical and practical.
