On 8 November 2019, a fruit garden was established in Yevlakh district within a long-term project - Fruit Gardens that aims to improve the welfare of low-income families in the regions of Azerbaijan. The project is run by IDEA, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

On 5 November 2019, another residential park unveiled within the project. Surrounded by four apartment buildings with 950 residents, the improved park is located at 35, 37, 39 R.Rustamov and 63 Gara Garayev avenue of Nizami district.
