As part of the Our Yard project, initiated by Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder and head of IDEA Public Union, the next renovated yard has been made available for residents.

The updated courtyard covers buildings located at 106, 108, 110 Fatali Khan Khoyski Street and 22 Koroglu Rahimov Street in the Narimanov district, which house 1,500 residents.

The main goal of the Our Yard project is to make the courtyards of Baku ecologically clean and beautiful, to restore greenery, which is the backbone of urban ecology, to promote a healthy lifestyle, and to create safe and comfortable living conditions for residents.

In the newly renovated yard, the needs of people with disabilities have been taken into account, and various sports facilities, football fields, chess areas, and playgrounds have been created to provide favorable conditions for the development of children of all age groups, to make effective use of young people's leisure time, and to encourage a habit of regular sports activities. Additionally, two gazebos have been built, and benches and waste bins have been installed throughout the new yard.

Taking into account the wishes and interests of the residents, lighting poles and fire hydrants have been installed, and the facades, roofs, and entrances of the buildings have been completely renovated. In addition to the restoration of the existing greenery, 30 trees have been planted, and a green strip covering an area of 3,000 square meters has been created, all while observing the special quarantine regime's rules.

The project is planned to be implemented in all districts of Baku. In this regard, residents are requested to provide information and recommendations to IDEA Public Union about courtyards in the capital that require improvements.
