IDEA Provides Trainings for its Volunteers

Special training courses were organized for volunteers of "IDEA for Green Azerbaijan" project from 10 to 15 September 2012 at the IDEA Resource Center based at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The courses aimed at building volunteers' leadership capacity and presentation/facilitation skills and increasing their knowledge on environmental issues.

The training courses covered following topics: team building, leadership capacity, presentation/facilitation skills and project management, and practical workshops on water, forest and waste management.

Volunteers, with a special designed Green Bus, will travel to different regions of Azerbaijan and conduct informative and practical workshops for secondary school students living rural areas.
