IDEA Finalizes The Future You Want Project on the World Environment Day

IDEA Campaign, launched by Leyla Aliyeva on July 12, 2011 in Baku, held the last stage of environmental project competition titled "The Future You Want", within the framework of the "IDEA Lecture" project which aims at conducting scientific lectures on environment and sustainable development topics at educational institutions in Azerbaijan. It is worth mentioning that the project competition was launched by IDEA Campaign and the Student Youth Organizations of the Academy of Public Administration in May 2012.

Participant students presented their project proposals during the last stage of 'The Future You Want' competition. The jury nominated the best three presentations conducted by students from the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy, Baku State University and National Aviation Academy, and the Academy of Public Administration.

The winners were awarded with certificates and environmentally friendly gifts by IDEA Campaign. Award ceremony was held at the newly opened IDEA Resource Center based at the Academy of Public Administration.

At the end it is worth mentioning that "Eco-networking Hour" has been organized at the IDEA Resource Centre for the first time where students expressed their interest in the activity of campaign and came up with new initiatives for conducting environmental projects within the platform presented by IDEA Campaign.
