IDEA announces a new competition for nature lovers

IDEA, which implements large-scale measures for environmental protection, launched a new competition to attract young people to the process of cleaning territories polluted by human activity, and to demonstrate their greater role in protecting nature. The contest was announced as part of the #Trashtag action, which was started by volunteers and nature lovers from all over the world.

#Trashtag has become a trend among young people all over the world. As part of the campaign, nature-loving individuals or groups clean up territories polluted by waste, and also share "before and after" photo reports on their pages in social networks (Instagram and Facebook) under the hashtag #Trashtag. Considering its environmental importance, IDEA strives to unite efforts for the sake of the environment, promoting and promoting actions that cause great interest among the youth in our country.

The terms of the #Trashtag contest, which IDEA announced to raise environmental awareness, are quite simple. So, those who take part in the contest must first find the territory polluted by garbage (parks, beaches, forests, roads, various territories), take a picture of the territory with the concept "to", clean it alone or in a group, and finally take a picture "after" the territory, completely cleared of debris. Then the participants must send photos of the cleaned territory "before and after" to the address [email protected] and share them on their pages in social networks with the following hashtags: #Trashtag, #TrashtagAzerbaijan, #TrashChallenge.

Public Union IDEA will award the participants who showed the 5 best results with valuable prizes. Competition closes: April 27, 2019.
